Stormwater Quality Permit Renewal & Design

The City of Houston, Harris County, and other cities within Texas may require the design of a storm water quality feature for a proposed development. These features are typically required for developments in excess of 5-acres. Stormwater quality features prevent trash and other floatables from developments and roadways from entering the public waterways and drainage infrastructure serving our communities.

If the stormwater feature is located within a private development, the feature will typically require an annual inspection by a professional engineer and renewal of the storm water quality permit.
