Site Feasibility Studies
Site Feasibility Studies are most commonly completed during the “Due Diligence” period of purchasing property to determine if the land is feasible for development. This is the first step in completing a civil site development project. The site feasibility study will identify the jurisdiction of a project, determine all agencies requiring approval of the development, determine if the governing agency or municipal district has capacity for the proposed development, water tap and impact fees, detention requirements, and the projects location in relation to the Federal Emergency Management Agency Effective Floodplain.
