Civil Site Development

Civil Site Development includes private and/or public development that occurs on a property which excludes public right-of-way. Site Development includes the design of drainage, detention, storm water quality infrastructure, water distribution, and sanitary sewer facilities from the public right-of-way to meet the needs of the proposed site. Water distribution and sanitary sewer service requires capacity confirmation and in some cases an impact fee is required by a governing agency or municipal utility district.
